It’s weird that news organizations like the BBC are covering this as if it’s a real thing with a real process behind it—and not clearly some nakedly invented “participation trophy” by a corrupt organization to curry favor with a corrupt and easily manipulated man-child. www.bbc.com/sport/footba...

It’s not about protecting women, it never was. It’s about excluding trans people and enforcing gender norms

And it’s making public places hostile for trans women, intersex women, butch women, women who had a mastectomy, bald women, women with facial hairs, any women considered not “feminine” enough
Last year my wife had breast cancer and a double mastectomy.

This morning, for the first time ever, she was challenged in the changing rooms at the swimming pool. Her breasts were not what make her a woman - but, breasts or not, she is entitled to dignity and protection from vigilantes.

Use the crisis to redirect govt.

Make a start - ditch the self-imposed fiscal rules and Tory policies.

Redistribute wealth, invest in infrastructure, end profiteering, nationalise water/energy.

Nigel Farage has told ITV News the first thing he would do as prime minister if he won a general election would be to remove the UK from the European Convention on Human Rights

That alone is good reason never to vote for Reform UK.

Why can shareholders not fund it?

Govt won't give repayable loan, won't take equity stake. Company will own resulting asset & income streams.

Huge wealth transfer to private hands.

Imagine if our economy wasn’t based on the made up value of the shares in companies most of us have never heard of and that probably don’t do much of worth for society.
