If you have a parcel slip from before strike date and were unable to obtain it prior to official shutdown, will it still be returned to sender if the strike lasts until the retrieve by date? I can't seem to find clarification anywhere.

So, Twitter 2.0, the question of how one finds an online community outside of increasingly solo-driven MMOs in today's age of "social" media still boggles me. If you have any insights, I'd love to know.
