I have first hand knowledge of this sort of thing and know from experience how damn tempting it is to blame yourself for not seeing the signs.

Honestly, the fact that the name of that company is just one letter away from spelling “Evil” kind of says a lot.

My cuisinart electric kettle is like 4 or 5 years old now and gets used at least once every few days. Still works like a champ!
