A man was choked so hard that his blood vessels burst in his eyelids and his death was ruled a homicide.
This is a rogue agency. It needs to be torn down and replaced with a new federal agency that respects human and constitutional rights and has civil rights oversight.

It's almost like they have been given implicit authority to abuse, brutalize, and murder with impunity. Like they've been told to do whatever they would like because they will not be charged or will be pardoned. This is getting really really bad & scary. And yet - we MUST stand up courageously.
