In cutting the ribbon on Friday, July 18, 2025, to celebrate the completion of construction on 7th Street project between Ballpark Village and Washington Avenue, leaders from the city and regional business and civic organizations highlighted the public-private partnerships in Downtown St. Louis.

I’d say 11. I liked ballpark village in STL but all the others I’ve been to are god awful. Baltimore and Louisville are the true worst.
