After Trudeau being so stupidly left/soft, it is hard for people to see Carney is a true centrist. You cannot run a country or economy based on feelings. It is a job where difficult decisions need to be made and followed thru with. It is time for doing what is hard for the benefit of the 🇨🇦 future.

The issue with these massive condo towers is that they are stupidly sized at 300sq ft, with zero storage (no closet/cupboard space), no room to turn around and you are charged hundreds in fees for stuff you rarely use - they are not made to live in.

I have heard horror stories from people who went to teach in a Inuit community. One was a woman that had to leave her home because she was torched out of it and beaten. She moved into the RCMP station until they could get her a flight home.

AI will completer up end everything. Jobs will cease to exist. You are already seeing robot servers in restaurants. Also the energy needs will force companies to provide energy to AI enterprises ahead of individuals, this is not going to be good for anyone but the wealthy.

Gould is a NPDer, not a centrist. We need less right/left leaning politics & go back to the centre. The article says he is a tough & demanding boss. Carney should be - this is a country not a yatch club. Trudeau and his cohorts like Gould got us into a mess which has now needs to be cleaned up.

Google collects more data on individuals than the gov. They now need a search warrant to look at social media accounts. And can't collect on any information connected to a specific account without additional search warrants. Why criminals have the upper hand.

This law is about being able to do a thorough investigation into people looking to live in 🇨🇦. I am all for ensuring people with bad intent do not make it into 🇨🇦. We can't have it both ways. We cannot scream about nefarious individuals if we don't do proper security checks.

If he was stupid enough to enter a foreign country with the intention of protesting he put himself in jeopardy. Many countries do not respect the right to protest. Be smart, learn the rules of another nation before going to & engaging in potentially risky behavior. That is your responsibility.

Talking about not understanding business, if you don't respect the wishes or wants of your clientele eventually they will stop using their purchasing power in your establishment. It would be like trying to sell tires in a flower shop.... You would not be very successful.

Carney knows how to deal with bullies. He will refocus Canada to have better ties internationally for our goods & services. He proved it in announcing the purchase of the AU over the horizon radar capability. He did it in one phone call. He got Canada the best northern defence system in the world.

All Canadians should be boycotting Amazon. They are a terrible corrupt company sucking the life out of Canadian companies, they treat their employees like slaves and don't respect our labour laws. Elbows up and support Canadian companies and our economy.

You cannot remove police from these areas, as the non-addicts should be made to feel safein their work and home environments. Living near one of these sites in another city,I am very happy to have police presence in my neighborhood.
