I'm not getting back on Meta apps. But I do miss just being able to post to a community about a banal need like a used desk lamp.

When I saw "The Whale", I was at home and watched it on Netflix with my at-the-time partner.

Upon its conclusion, I applauded. To no one. To one other person. To an empty room and an empty streaming service.

Today I've listened to Petey USA's album "The Yips" from start to finish. I've done this every day for two weeks now.

You are my favorite friend. You are my favorite person. You are the least interesting man that anyone has ever heard of.

So I'm doing a thing for the first time in a while.

Therapy today. Hopefully I can put in the work.

I've deleted my Meta apps off my phone. I've looked to get on Facebook at least twenty times in the last 24 hours. Good riddance.
