My grandfather used to end all emails with LOL in all caps. To him it meant lots of love but it was pretty funny when it was something serious or sad and he ended the email yelling and laughing out loud.

Reminds me of the time I went out in a white out to get Wendy's. I made it about 10 feet from my driveway before I realized it would be literally impossible and went back inside.
