She probably realized that most of her constituents use the ACA. The majority of ACA use comes out of red states. I think it was like 19 million out of 22 million do.

I'm seeing a growing wave of people exempting their W4s so no federal taxes are taken out. No money given to the federal government. Do we have the courage to do this? Has anyone done it? Why should we pay taxes when the government is breaking laws with no consequences?

I read the small print for the Insurrection Act and it's not good. Every loophole for abuse by a tyrant is in there. Many things are vague and up to interpretation by courts, IF it can even be challenged by courts.
