There is public support for legal safeguards that protect people from the horrors of war – like the treaty on #AutonomousWeapons we’ve been advocating for since 2013.

The report shows that support for international law is still strong despite current geopolitical uncertainty. It also shows that there is public support for strengthening rules and norms.

The report shows that support for international law is still strong despite current geopolitical uncertainty. It also shows that there is public support for strengthening rules and norms.
These are some of the findings in #LexInternational ’s recent 2025 International Law index which surveyed over 8,000 people across S.Africa, U.S., Brazil, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Egypt on contemporary support for international law.
