Update, I almost died.
We don't know if it's due to the antibiotics or a medicine I was given, for anxiety, but I immediately felt a deep numbness as my blood pressure rapidly depleted to dangerous levels. If I had not recognize this and called for assistance I would have died

Had the fourth surgery, they cleaned out the infection. Bad news the hardware was bad so they removed it and are going to be reinserting it tomorrow. Surgery five let's go :'3
