So, today I heard on AP News that a guy in NYC is on trial for throwing a Submarine Sandwhich at a Border Patrol Agent while on duty. So this "sandwhich thrower" guy is on trial for what? Throwing a Sub Sandwhich & not getting it in that Border Patrol Agent's big mouth? Toss out that case!!
