once i was in china at some historical site, and it had this little eatery in one of the stop areas. paid around 5USDish and got a huge bowl of dumplings, definitely 10+, with black vinegar on every table.
i'll sometimes throw a few orders of dumplings into an air fryer and call it a good meal.
