It felt a bit like being in the control room when NASA lands a probe successfully. It brought many seasoned professionals, back to the child-like state of wonder that likely drew them to medicine in the first place. I’ll certainly never forget.

In school, on a hospital placement, I got to spend a day with an MRI tech. I’m grateful for many lessons from our time together. We observed as a patient with known dextrocardia was revealed to have full situs inversus by the MRI. An unexpectedly exciting day. 🥰
