I met Henry Wise for the first time last September at the Mississippi Book Fest. Yesterday we met again at a farmhouse in rural Virginia that has been in his family since the 1830s!

A joy to talk about HOLY CITY, his family’s roots in Virginia, & the dope Books on the Bed he brought to the table.
