There’s a point in every pre-med’s life where you’re learning neuroanatomy for the first time and realize “ohhhh… that’s why some people have foot fetishes”

I’m in an incredible relationship with an amazing partner, but I keep feeling like I’m missing something. I’m thinking about opening up the relationship to a second.

I wonder how decrease in infant mortality rates has changed the way we parent our kids. How many cold, distant parents were really just waiting to see if the kid would make it before they got attached?

I have a tight connection and the flight attendant made an announcement to be like please let these people off first, and the grown man next to me was like “I’ve had tight connections before so I get it” like he just did shrooms for the first time and invented empathy

One of my favorite things about San Francisco is I see so many more people with (visible) disabilities out living their lives. With their day programs at the park, on the bus to work, out w friends taking BART to the Giants game. Public transit makes places accessible

The BLS reported sluggish job growth. So Trump fired its chief.

No, really.

Trump has one rule: if the numbers flatter him, they’re truth. If they don’t, they’re lies - and someone’s gotta pay.

This is how autocrats treat reality: as disposable. zurl.co/3vqKy

If you’re a Democrat you can get denied healthcare from the VA. If you’re a Republican you can get denied healthcare from the VA.
Your politics or marital status should never determine whether you get care.
But at VA hospitals, that’s now allowed — thanks to Trump’s rollback of anti-discrimination rules.
A gross betrayal of the very veterans who served this country.

Hi. Hello.

If you don't "believe" germ theory, you probably shouldn't be the head of HHS in 2025.

We said what we said. Send skeet.

Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. apparently embraces the outdated "miasma theory" of disease instead of the widely accept "germ theory" of disease, which may help explain some of the actions he's been taking.

ACOG is deeply disappointed by HHS’s move to drop COVID-19 vaccine recommendations in pregnancy. The science is clear: COVID-19 remains dangerous in pregnancy and vaccination protects both patients and newborns. The vaccine is safe and protects families. Read our full statement: buff.ly/OGue7sO

I’m pretty chill about what media is appropriate for kids but I should NOT have been listening to “Jack & Diane” by John Cougar Mellencamp that young. “Life goes on, long after the thrill of living is gone” gave me an existential crisis before I had front teeth
