Yeah, I went back and looked at my old code... it looks like I was using it to get right-shift, mask and offset in 2 cycles instead of 3 (plus saving some regs). Not suitable in this case.

I take it you don't have the RAM to store DWORDs in your table, and pre-shift them by 22? Is this for PicoROM?

Disclaimer - it's been years since I did any RP2040 development, but have you looked at the interpolator? Shifting/masking is one of the things it loves to do.

If I’m reading this correctly it’s mostly just a UI bug - if you “cheat” and bypass the part where your drivers license info is required, the site will display a success message - but the request will not actually be processed due to the missing data.
