We always did once in the morning and once in the evening, probably 6am and 6 or 7pm, so not dissimilar! Before we left for work they'd also get a pigs ear or similar and they'd also often benefit from some left overs or extra meat that we'd cooked for dinner on top of their usual dinner.

Second alot of what Diane said. GSDs are very intelligent and very loyal. Consistently separating out play time vs game face is important. 5 is still young, From my experience once you can get in a good rhythm with walking it will help burn alot of energy and hopefully reduce the barking.

It was nice to see Australia send a clear message on super right leaning rhetoric and policy. That said, Albo and his crew need to significantly get their act together on their environmental policy.
