PAYMENT & PROCESS
• Payment is made in euros (CHF Swiss franc is accepted), Wise is the preferred transaction payment, Paypal if there's no other possibilities.
• Full payment is required upfront before I begin work, refunds aren't possible.
• You'll receive regular updates. Completion time varies based on my availability and the project's complexity - typically between 3 days to 2 months.

ARTWORK & USAGE
• All illustrations are protected by ArtShield. This means the background (if there's none) will never be completely white (unless you want a transparent background).
• Personal use is permitted. You may use the commissioned work for:
• Social media posts
• Icons, banners, or headers
• Profiles
• Any other non-commercial purposes

• Commercial use of the artwork is strictly prohibited, even if it features your own characters / original content. No exceptions at this time.
