so could be argued the way work is done, is constantly requiring more resources which means not effective. E.g I have experience where competition had 4-5 times more of those sought after security experts, but had worse results. thus article/recruit weighting may have flawed(?) bias on what works.

a bit late comment; i think part of the problem is that many existing theories+frameworks in regards learning, decision making etc are bit shorthanded - and often miss neurodivergence. interestingly, many "future skills" - stuff, list those where divergent traits can be multiplier.
