It’s just a box lemon cake with lemon meringue filling and buttercream with icing with lemon extract plus strawberries 😅 here you can see the only pic I took as it broke apart while I was trying to decorate it. I’ve also attached what I was originally going for!

I made cake but it all fell apart so I ended up turning it into these parfait like desserts, perfect for the family bbq but my autism is very upset at the sudden change in plan
