I used to think this way. But, if you pay peanuts you get monkeys i.e incompetence. It’s likely worth it to be attractive to a top performer. Sure, pay $200k a year for the CEO and distribute half the food while doing it inefficiently or get a boss who runs a national entity that does great work?

I loved it! I was a young parent in the UK during the whole ‘Marriage Matters’ , ‘Family Matters’ period and really didn’t understand the whole background so it was great to get some knowledge of that in particular. Thank you.

I think few people, and to be honest that includes myself, will ever understand the sacrifice - 400,000 US soldiers died in WWII - 1 in 40 who served!
It should rip your heart out that anyone still involved then and alive now in America feels like they are reliving that in their own country!
