here's the thing, trump needs 2/3rds (66%) of states to repeal the 22nd. As of Jan. 1, 2024, Republicans control 28 state legislatures, making up 59%. then he needs 3/4 of states to ratify. which is what the national guard is for. so you see what the gerrymandering is about.
