Instant tea works for me. I take some when I am traveling as I can drink it room temperature. Also instant coffee but cold brew it.

My father died in July at age 97. I wasn't there at the very end (parking the car at the hospital at that moment) but I spent a minimum of 25 hours with him every week the last 3 months of his life. It wasn't enough time to say everything, alas. But he knew how much I loved him.

Blackened. Smoked. Grilled. Fried until they have brown blisters. Raw with dip. Air fried until just barely not raw. In a soufflé. In shepherd's or cottage pie. Puréed in soup, pasta sauce (especially Alfredo), or a savory smoothie. In queso dip. In Yorkshire pudding (with melty cheese).
