I never listened to the lyrics closely. I was interested in the texture of the music, if that makes sense. I only started listening to the actual words later in life.

I kind of love it. There is something about finding a niche place that is just "your" kind of fantastic. It takes time, which isn't always available, and money, which also isn't always available. But if you can swing both at the same time and find that sweet spot, it's like an oasis in a hellscape.
