Thanks for an amazing final GOC speedrun event folks. Together we raised $5150 for the Canadian Cancer Society. That means the total raised across all 12 speedrun events I've organized for GOC is just shy of $50k.
Hit up my LGS for the MTG Avatar prerelease and the place was packed. Went 2-1 with my blue draw 2 deck splashing black for removal & Azula. Don't know anything about Avatar but the set seems like it has potential to be a lot of fun in limited.

DQ1&2 HD platinum done! DQ1 was fine but definitely suffered the issues that come along with a single character party. DQ2 was absolutely great and I loved it.

Streamed Fresh Hops 2 over the weekend and it's honestly an incredible romhack. Only 1 stage I didn't really love. Done 30/36 exits. Will finish it off one night this week.

Surprise Mythic in limited this month! Despite not being familiar with the cards (and my issues with the entry price) I wanted to try the new cube. I hope they reduce the cost or adjust the prizing in future because I could see myself playing this regularly.

Picked up Ball X Pit on Thursday. Was hoping it would last me until DQ1&2 but I got hooked and ripped through the whole thing. I think the only thing I didn't like was the Tactician.

Finished Mega Man Battle Network 4 for the 1st time. Definitely the low point of the series so far. There's a lot about the game I didn't love... Hopefully 5 is a better time.

Final Fantasy Tactics platinum trophy done! I've always loved the game, but this remaster made me love it even more. Easily the best way to play the game.
