Thank you! Every Christmas Eve I think of the urgent care staff who helped my brother (who has Down Syndrome) when he had anaphylactic reaction to some hors d’oeuvres. I drove him and mom there in a snow storm and we were so thankful for the dr and nurse there.

Oh my goodness. Praying for a recovery. And praying hospital admin & public health take responsibility and don’t let this happen again. I donated a kidney pre-Covid. I can’t imagine what they’re all going through right now.

We were staying in Parksville with my mom and came to Ucluelet yesterday, camping for one night. Sunny, no smoke and breezy here. If you look around online you might luck out and find a campsite that’s not booked.

We had an appointment for 10:30 for my kid to do the test for his L. It was over 30 min before he was called up. It was very very crowded and stuffy in there. 100% do not recommend. When we got called up to the counter though, I could feel the cooler, fresher air.

Drove through it on the Mary Hill bypass about 45 min ago. But now in North poco just the odd flash of lightning which makes the lights flicker.
