Great Christmas day. I was of course wankered by 8. However the dinner was amazing and the company too.

The houses on our road are getting solar panels. They said to us though "we've had run out of money"
I recon it would have saved us about £60 a month...
I am very pleased for everybody who's had them installed as it's making a difference to their energy bills.
But... FFS 😄

Weird tea tonight. However, it was great. Sprouts, cauliflower cheese, chicken Thigh with pepper and red onion and a carrot.........
Down to less than 14 and a half stone.

Its quite cool in that it tells me how bad I am at keeping my type 2 diabetes in check.
I am now less than 14 and a half stone so that should have made a bit of a difference but my phone tells me no.
