Americans need to get a spine and do something serious about this. Even if you win the midterms and get a Democrat in 2028 this will keep happening until the causes are rooted out and properly dealt with.

And resigning from the board instead of fighting like hell doesn't count.

What a shame trump has shown us how undo pardons by claiming the pardoner was mentally unfit

Yeah. It's a bit shit, isn't it?

If I have one regret it's not believing the people who were telling me who Johnson was. I thought it was hyperbolic.

I thought he was just a buffoon and a bad liar. I thought he was establishment and thus not after any kind of real change.

Is the support for Argentina purely because of similar economic political views? Or is it because they're also a bunch of genocidal island theives?

One of those comments that one wants to signal agreement with but feels icky giving it a heart. I did it anyway because you're probably right.

Pledges to block or weaken UN/ICJ investigations
Deep defence and intel alignment that reduces UK independence
Economic and tech integration that increases political leverage

Together create pressure points that target UK citizens for highlighting alleged abuses and obstruct interntl accountability

I know anti semitism was surprisingly rife in the UK before the war, but we went to war to combat aggression, to defend Poland, to atone for our mistake not protecting Czechoslovakia. Not because we were at risk of invasion.

People today seem to think we're being invaded, because of media lies

I'm baffled by this attitude. They are literally turning into the Nazis they fought because we wanted to help and protect people, but now that's a problem?

A diet of lies and misinformation has broken the world.
We need really sturdy laws on spreading lies under the guise of opinion

It makes sense when you realise project 2025 is intentionally trying to destroy the country so they can rebuild a new country from the ashes.

How about we all just agree to stay away from each other? We can have a city for Republicans, a city for democrats, a city for Communists, and a city for fascists. Maybe a city for monarchists, a city for techno-feudalists. Why not? Let's just have a great big experiment.

He's not okay

Seems intentional to me. Make it harder to generate renewable energy so the fossil fuel companies keep their profits.

They will ramp up their anti democratic agenda now because they know they'll lose a fair vote.

You can tell a russian bot or paid shill on that cesspool known as Facebook, they identify themselves by tagging posts with khanage.

I do feel a strange sensation that I've not felt in many months. I think in the olden days they called it hope.
Stay united. There's a path out of this authoritarian situation. If we can turn the tide in Europe as well we might just come out with a better world for our children.

A really dirty disrespectful campaign, followed by that? You can all believe it's genuine but I don't. I just see someone trying to rebuild a bridge he set on fire. I see self serving, self seeking behaviour. I'm not buying it.
