Update: Sorted set is actually incredibly performant and it’s making me question reality

I’m going to make a lazy impl that, by default, only adds new values to the list when a list read operation occur. To manage the changes, I’ll have an add and delete set to queue up changes. I love python but sometimes the c++/java performance brainrot wins out. (2/2)
