Medium warm take… just like “YIMBY” or “Woke” - the concept behind Abundance remains as strong as it ever was.
The word gets attacked and meme’d and undermined because the underlying idea is much harder to deny.

My laptop gets really hot and slow anytime I’m in a Zoom meeting that lasts much longer than an hour… and tbh I don’t blame it one bit.

Sure… but for a city that errs too heavily on the process side way too often, demonstrating a willingness to act a little recklessly (in low stakes scenarios) is not something I’m going to complain much about - even if I disagree with the action.
