Either that or she did an apprenticeship before going to university - but I don't think she's ever said that before.

Because a degree in computer science ain't an apprenticeship.

The whole median voter concept seems to be imported from the US, where there is a two-party system.

It is fairly meaningless in a multi-party system, and might actually be misleading.
