Clearly a lovely auntie, and a special skill! I’ve been cooking Indian food since my teenage years (40+ years ago now) and kinda think of myself as quite knowledgeable… but have never attempted making my own ghee. Respects! 😋🙏

First came across John Martyn when I was a stoner PhD student in Exeter in the late 80s. Loved his music, a soundtrack to much cherished experience. Saw him live twice, the final time shortly before he died, sitting with his amputated leg, looking very old 😞
