The violence of rape is not political. It is criminal.

Had it with the cousins in law in Campagnia last month with large fresh, whole mildly spicey sausages cooked with the ‘cime di rape’ steamed on top! Delicious!

Alternate: Add more carrots, a leek, a sweet potato, anything veg you like. Sage, paprika and rosemary if you like it. Even curry, any spice or herb you like.

Lentils are full of fibre and hold more protein than beef by weight. As well as a few good minerals and vitamins.

Basic lentil soup.
In soup pot:
Sauté 1onion, 1carrot, 1 celery stick, w salt pepper,
Add water leaving enough space for bubbles.
Bring to boil.
Add 1 large handful of red lentils(rinsed! Or any type of dry lentil).
Cook until lentils are softened(red ones will melt away).
Eat with bread & butter.

I hope we’re mostly normalising treating people we value for labor like guests when they’re on a break or finished for the day. So far I’m typically met with mild disbelief, caution and a little too much gratitude for what is really very little. (Of course some have good reason not to 💕 that’s ok).
