big gothic castle in quake from last year. didn't make it for any other reason than I was using it to make new textures and enjoying myself.

Not a Simpsons quote, but one of my favorite things was a guy that I knew that vehemently refused to ever watch the Simpsons because his parents told him it'd rot his brain with Americanisms, but because it's so ingrained in our culture now he ended up doing Simpsons references all the time.
