Luxembourg has free transport. I assumed it would be too busy... but consider taxis in Luxembourg are extortionate. A taxi from the airport to the city could be easily 50 euros for a 10 maybe 15 minute journey. Or you could wait a few minutes and get the free bus (soon to be tram).
