This is the exact experience I received from the new acquisition by Primo. They eventually started delivering again but their delivery is somewhat unpredictable which is frustrating. I wish I knew of a better alternative.

I think they were Marines and Federal uniformed police and not LAPD.

Same issue here. For four weeks, have had to buy water from the store because Primo / Sparkletts keeps sending me text messages stating they are unable to deliver. #PrimoBrand #Sparkletts failure.
