The aquarium is quite nice, and the UBC campus has a small but good museum (I’ve only been there as a tourist, though).
Wondering if anyone has made a newsfeed plug-in that weeds out all headlines with high-clickbait-likely terms, like (weirdly) “This”, as well as “Slams”, “Melts Down” etc. The repertoire isn’t particularly varied.
My (Southern) parents remembered having to take quinine in the spring. I just had to come in when the pesticide-fogging trucks went past.
Past 50, this rule may also apply to coffee.
You have to read much more slowly during peak hours, of course.
Say you occasionally walk into solid objects while visualizing. Metaphorically, what you’re visualizing may be hijacking your one “screen,” combining with your one screen but drawing focal attention, or switching to an alternate screen. I take it 1st is projection; is the 2nd also?
Even more amazing: the Oscars submitting to The Onion.

Remember, if you encounter what seems like an implausible survey finding, ask:
1. Were survey respondents selected randomly or was this an opt-in poll?
2. Could the results, especially for young adults, be driven by bogus respondents?

Keep this post in mind: www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/... 🧪
In an experiment, Pew Research Center demonstrated that opt-in and probability-based surveys produced very different results about young adults' views of the Holocaust and abortion.
Leat, adit, stychic…and pretty much any chemical compound term, esp. if organic. Oh, and most minerals.
“Supplements” industry.
It’s trying to create conditions where there’s some violence they can get on TV so as to provide an excuse for martial law.

Well, he is a prat. I mean, it’s right there; must be a family trait.
Are they launching MR NOW as a companion network?
If we only had a device that converted buzzwords to thrust.
