Maybe the best tactical performance from Maresca so far to be fair. Glad to see versatility in his squad selection and Flick seemed to refuse to adapt to a team that were evidently perfectly set up to expose his approach.

Also, I know we don't see what goes on on the training ground but leaving Garnacho on the bench, who would have been motivated to prove a point against his previous employers, seemed like an odd move. He wasn't consistent but proved at United he would make goals out of nothing.

By bringing on an extra defender was the right gameplan against a poor United side. Saw United doing well in the first few minutes, went down a man and panicked, deciding to park the bus (which this Chelsea side aren't built for, based off the goals conceded).

After being criticised for not making enough changes or not making changes early enough, Maresca did the opposite in this game and threw his gameplay out of the window. I hope this doesn't deter him from adapting to games in the future but I don't think anyone watching thought changing system 1/2

If Nkunku leaves in the January window, how likely is it that he heads to a Premier League club? Surely we don't want to reinforce a top four rival (such as United who were linked previously) with such a high quality player?
Though if recent news is to be believed, United can't afford him anyway.
