Its not really that simple if the consequence might be not being able to pay bills or even buy food. Ofc thats not the case with everyone still on there and those who can afford it or have other income really should leave, but that is a comparatively privileged position.

A lot of artists heavily depend on twitter to get work and pay their bills. Seems quite unfair to call people who potentially just cannot afford to delete their account complicit in that facist bullshit, they’re victims of it.
