Such an interesting night to digest. First half we looked like a team who had gone through the intensity of an NLD, but that was mythbusted in the second half as we went up a gear. Declan Rice was awesome in that second half which isn’t the first time that’s happened this season.

That’s a scoreline I didn’t think I’d see in the first half.
But that second half was so impressive.
It was an Arssnal side that said “nah, this is our castle, we own it”

Interesting that given we’re being lambasted for being ‘boring’ and ‘killing the game’, we’re also the team that has taken the most shots this season so far…
Big step change for us from previous seasons I think. Need to work on the accuracy tho - we’re about mid table.

Check out this area in which Palace dominate. They win their tackles at the back, then they look to get the ball forward quickly with that rapid front three. We need to be wary of that threat today (purple is their dominance, pink is opposition dominance).
