Day number - I’ve lost track - of CRA not having a live human to answer a question and tell me why the system is down and it’s costing me money.

Zero agents available to explain the clusterfuck that is the CRA. Taxing me on money that should be tax free because they can’t fix the system. All the while they are taxing that amount. It is 100% a conflict of interest.

FFS CRA it’s been almost 6 months. Update my TFSA amount already. How long is it gonna continue to be unavailable with no live person in the chat to help?
