Housing, childcare costs, loss of caring by family members who need to work, and employment crises certainly might impact birth rates for everyone. Other countries have far more generous incentives to have children. Also choice to not have children due to climate change is also a growing phenomenon

I thought this article was interesting about an older lady and her post-divorce thoughts, including experimentation with #bisexuality www.msn.com/en-gb/lifest...

I knew a family in a council flat with 5 children. They moved into PRS to an area with cheaper PRS rents rather than languishing in overcrowding & so few houses to bid for (little chance of getting). I lost touch with them though 👍I'd imagine they struggle with PRS rent hikes & low-paid manual work

Euston Square Gardens South was a 1920’s land grab — 100 yrs later much the same is happening again.

Writing in 1923 to the Times university constituency MP Sir Sydney Russell-Wells stated

“once built on, it goes without saying that the land is lost forever”

I think my favourite view is from #CityThameslink station across to #TowerBridge and both sides of the #Thames and the water gently rippling to the dark sand and shingle of both banks. I'd love to time travel and experience the view through the centuries and try mud #larking #daydreams

Epstein's scandal has similarities to the John Vassall scandal of the 1960s by the looks of it. Very murky it seems.... Not a good look for the already badly tanking Government reputation.
