Had a pretty interesting week. I had a grand time with my church patrons at a women's retreat and the Sunday before I did a speech on Mental Health Awareness Month and shared my MH growth story with them. I got some great responses from them and got to know more people from the church. Then crap hit

I have finally found myself. It may have taken almost 53 years but I am finally free to be who I am. I struggle with mom on this and that is OK! It's not like I talk to her much anyway. I can sit in silence and silently agitate over her choices, but I am so happy right now and I want to celebrate!

Ups, downs, and all arounds. Why do I feel this way?! Why can't I just be like the others? I want others to know me, but cannot reveal all the pain inside. So much pain and suffering inside my heart. It is guarded and broken and torn to pieces. .

Being true to myself has opened the world to me! Being comfortable in exploring my true self is making me be open to others in a way that I never thought possible. It is easier to go up to people and say hello (except my crush), something I'd never have done just three months ago. Be you! I love me!

Let's love who we want, where we want! Don't let fear stand in our way. The more we bring it to public situations, the less it will be stigmatized! I have been dealing with stigmas most of my life with Mental Health issues so this is no different.

Boycotting is great...Picketing is wonderful...Destroying property is NOT OK! You cannot go around bombing things because you dislike the dealer! We need to be smart, you could seriously hurt someone! Please stop! You your head, not just your heart.

Don't replace hate with hate, do it in love and education. We need to have more people to understand who we are. We're nothing to be scared of. We are people just like you! We are strong, loving, and unique in our own way. Be true to you and others will love you just the way you are!

I'm writing a book about a pansexual and nonbinary developing a romance and getting set in their careers. It's still developing but it is pretty good. 😱 It's my first attempt at writing a book so I hope that it is enjoyed by all. It will be published on Amazon, B&N, Audible, and such. Stay tuned!
