He can't, he's reached the limit. If they take away the obligation then we can freely play him. At the moment they are losing out because he's not playing and we're not hitting the target. If they took away the obligation we might end up signing him anyway if he works out for us

I don't know if this is significant (or even an actual thing), but lately it feels like he has settled more into the team. I felt like he has always been a little bit aloof but lately he's had a big smile on his face and has been involved in some of the off the pitch stuff, like the fist pumps etc.
