I feel lucky to be able to provide this final service for my beloved dog. Laid to rest in our own garden, wrapped in a blanket with her favourite ball. She’ll never be forgotten.

My best friend Jess finally had to give in to old age. 14 and a half years of being a big part of our family and farm. She had a varied and exciting life and was out helping with her sheep on Sunday. By Tuesday morning she let us know it was time. Missed so much, but grateful we had time together

It’s that time of year again when we try and raise lots of money for Isle of Man Breast Care and Breast Cancer Now Volunteering in the Isle of Man. It’s going to be a fun filled night of entertainment and Marks and Spencer fashions. Please join us, we’ve been rehearsing hard I promise.

Final lamb popped out last night. That’s us finished for another year and now the hard work of keeping them alive starts. I can have a full nights sleep tonight, and maybe a glass of wine.

Lambing is slowing down, only 18 sheep left to give birth. Sheep Cam is very useful. A good nights sleep is not far off.

It must be almost spring, busy night considering tomorrow is the due date to start lambing

Spent this lovely! day with my family and sheep getting all the ewes pregnancy scanned. Good results and we’re expecting the first lambs about March 1st. Plenty of time to catch up on sleep before then.
