I will eat my first bowl of homemade vegetable soup I made today in your honor. I call it "magic soup" because it has every vegetable, herb and spice that helps you ward off sickness...including spinach, homemade vegetable stock, tomatoes, beans, corn, carrots, fresh lemon juice, garlic and spices.

And freeze them.

Yes it's always been like that, but it appears much worse this year. Maybe it's just time to drive the extra miles to the shop that carries the fresh stuff. Unfortunately not everyone can make that trek.

Also, and yes I live in NE Ohio in Winter...but where are the fresh vegetables and fruits? I've never had a harder time finding them in the top grocery chains in Ohio.

I agree the interactions are few on here and it's usually pretty quiet. I get more interactions on Threads, or at least I have until recently. AI videos and bots are ruining social media in my opinion.
