Applied a beige coloured bandage dressing / sticky thing on my ear so it isn’t so bright white against my complexion

Going to get lunch with mum for lunch today - sleep was terrible

Stitches & biopsy results tomorrow but self care is picking up paintings I bought & 2hr massage

I made Çılbır which is a Turkish Ottoman Eggs

Yoghurt, Aleppo Pepper, poached egg, garlic and olive oil. I added extra parsley as it was in the garden

I enjoy Aleppo Pepper 🌶️ heat and flavour

Plus my failed flat foccacia lol

Ear is sore

I’m grumpy I can’t lay on my left side to sleep

Body is responding in kind by bleeding and not responding to meds. Wheat bag on.

But there’s coffee in bed and a plan for brunch
