4) Legislators must declare an interest and not take part in discussions in which they have an interest, except for expert testimony.
5) Complete register of interests and income for legislators.
6) No second jobs for legislators.
etc.
Lots of countries do this.

1) Forbid anyone who isn't a voting age citizen from contributions to political campaigns. No corporate donors.
2) Strict rules forbidding lobbying unless the lobbyist and the issue is declared on a register _before_ the discussion takes place.
3) Strict rules on influence peddling by legislators...

Yeah. There is nothing intrinsically wrong with ownership of property or businesses. But the government has to regulate them to protect the citizens from exploitation and to ensure competition.
It's literally their job.
So the corporatists make it their focus to capture the state.
