FYI, you can tie the domain you own to the bluesky account so it's a lot harder for scammers to impersonate you. For example mine is sugarnote.baby so nobody else can use it.

As someone who is also 32in I go with small with North Shore I do remember a time a while back when I got the medium ones by accident because that's what I normally get with other brands. They did not fit as comfortably as the smalls do.
